Sock-a-month Sub forumsSo we can more easily keep track of our socky endeavours and so I could play with something new that we didn't have on the old forum  I have introduced sub-forums for each month under this forum for you to post your progress pictures and so on in.
The "official entry" topics for each month as well as posts to do with sock-a-month generally - winner announcements, rules, ideas for patterns, etc will remain on the main forum.
The sub-forums appear under the main one in a single line in the main index, at the top of the forum page itself, as though they were posts, and on their own in search results like "view all posts since last visit"
A side effect of this has been that now the sock-a-month forum appears to have 0 posts. I think this is probably something to do with the database transfer and the inevitable small inconsistencies between the old and new systems, - or it might be a bug - anyway I can assure you that the posts are all actually still there, and I hope the pros of organising our socks this way outweigh the cons.
