Simply Knitting 51 March

Has just arrived & makes me so glad I cancelled my sub last night  Laughing not much else to say about it  Evil or Very Mad

I got mine today too...I think I'm going to swap my sub to The Knitter! Smile

I've subsribed to it just to get the 3 issues for £5.00, I doubt if I'll keep it on after that tbh.

I'm glad I cancelled before Christmas. Just getting Knitting now and keeping it on cos it's on a great deal - if they put it up I'll cancel. I think I might not renew Interweave this year either Confused

I do prefer buying patterns and books and now money is tight cos I'm not working I'd rather do that.

I've not had SK since late last year and haven't missed it at all. I've taken out another IK sub but am probably going to let the VK one lapse. I did however sub to The Knitter as I figured I'd want to buy it anyway so might as well save some money!

However I am also sorely tempted at the moment to subscribe to Sew Hip. I've bought the last couple of issues and enjoyed them very much, it's all aspirational for me at the moment!

I cancelled my subscription a couple of months ago too, though am still getting a copy as I'd paid for three months already.  I think this is my last one, and I'm not really sorry.  They are all the same, the patterns are very uninspiring and so much of it is a repeat of the month before.

I'ver cancelled my DD too - which leaves me with no subs now.

Not really inspired by any of the mags at the moment, although I am looking forward to the Inside Crochet due out in March....

Got rid of mine too.

I feel that this one has really gone downhill.
