Route 66Matt and Danny have had a 'dance party' up in their playroom/den this afternoon and have been bopping round to the soundtrack from 'Cars'. I've been bopping around a bit too  .
I've been singing Route 66 (Chuck Berry) all afternoon, and Matt has just asked
"Why would you want to get your kids on Route 66?"
I almost choked I laughed so much....

Youngest DS went to the Deep a huge aqurium attraction in Hull and informed us at the teatable that he saw the octopus's testicles oops.

My youngest was staring in awe out car window, while we waited to pick eldest up from school. A Jack Russell goes by with humungous..erm..testicles. Poor dog must have a medical problem. In a clear and loud voice she says "Look at the size of that dog's nuggets Daddy"...Daddy tried to slide under seat.
I have had a great image of you and your troop jigging away to Chuck Berry....I never do anything like that

aw bless! lol....my DH's nephew proudly announced that his mum had put up 'dildo' rails....he's 15 now and no....we won't let him forget it  lol

I love stories like that!
My five year old and I were reading a book about boats recently and the next time we were in the car she turned to her older sister and said (with great authority):
'I'm on the Port side and you're on the StarWars'

It's always our daughter's job to check the lights when we hitch the caravan up to the car & she used to shout out that the HADDOCKS were ok
