Possum Yarn

I just had to try some Possum yarn. Its from Wooly workshop and is made by Cherry Tree Hill

Its 30% possum and 70% merino in lace weight and the colourway is Serengheti.

Its really strange. Soft and smooth like stroking a little kitten, but it is matt and has no sheen. Should be interesting to knit with.

I was just eyeing up that yarn at the WW, looks really beautiful

Its incredible stuff. Sort of hypnotic and strokable. Help - its bewitching me!!!

At 440 yards per ball thats enough for a shawl. It makes it seem less of a luxury that way LOL

A wonderful colourway. Looking forward to seeing what use you put it to.

I'm not going to USE it (looks shocked) I'm going to buy it a cage and make it a tamagochi type pet - low maintenance, just a few strokes now and then ROFLOL
