Pomegranate
This is my progress so far on the pomegranate shawl from issue3 of Yarnforward. I'm liking it so far, the pattern is relatively easy but the way its printed in the mag makes it reall difficult to read

Gorgeous (I'm a great fan of fresh green)! What sort of yarn is it?

It's The knitting goddess cashmere 4ply, its too fine for socks imo, but ideal for lace. The yardage is really good too, I think its about 600m in 100g not as soft as some cashmere, but still lovely all the same
Thanks everyone

what is it about the pattern that makes it difficult to read please? I am starting to write patterns and I want to make them easy to read if I can. Thanks
Obviously I am not asking you to slag it off (which I am sure you wouldn't do anyway) but to give constructive criticism thanks again

The actual chart is fine, and easy to understand, but its printed vertically on the page, and at the spine side of the paper so it goes into the crease iyswim....... so not really the chart, but more the way its been printed on the page, does that make sense??
