Piccies of this weeks spinning
This is the spinning I did this week. I only did about 15 mins a day on my spindle and I have 25g so far.
The pencil roving is 'Floral' from n at the yarn yard. It drafts and spins like a dream now that I have got the technique sorted.

Lokos lovely! Can't wait to have a go with the pencil roving I got from n - going to wait until I've had a practice with my new spindle (which I am definately collecting from the post office tomorrow morning! I will be petting it at work all day - hehe!)

These are my two lots of singles which i'm currently plying. They're both merino which I've hand dyed myself.
The top one is on a Sublime Spindle and the pink one I wound off the spindle on to one of the cones my merino sock yarn comes on. I've finally found a use for all those cone I'm left with. I've now got the green wound off on a cone too and plying them. It's so much easier plying with the singles on cones. I tried it once before with the singles on a knitting needle but I gave up. Pics of plying tomorrow.
