Not knitting related but Thingmas related.A local council have put its Christmas lights up already.
BAH HUMBUG - it's not even October yet.
Thankfully they weren't switched on or my eyeballs would have burnt out!

It still feels like Summer here - the sun is shining and its quite warm.
All those mince pies and rolls of paper that have appeared in the shops are not doing it for me at all at the moment

I have just walked in the gorgeous sunshine to a local art gallery and gift shop and bought a Thingmas present. (Only because they seem to have something in one week and then it is never seen again)
