Absolutely!
You can read the post in the group 'Nuts for Noro'. It's not handpainted like the other yarns so some are complaining but it's still beautiful IMHO

I've asked on Ravelry as one LYS owner posted to say that she had stock in (US girls so don't all rush) but am waiting for a reply.

Ok I've had this buy reply from another LYS owner:
"We have ordered the Kureyon Sock Yarn too. I was told that we could expect shipment as early as December 15th but I am not going to count on it as Noro dates are very shall we say....unreliable. The yarns are not as soft as I would like but after using a mild wash with a fabric sofner in with my regular dark clothes, I found it to be softer. I think if you go on softness alone and compare this sock yarn to others, you may not like it. I think Gina may agree with me on this (?) Is it about the same as the older Opal was before it was washed ? It is hard to explain. My feet do not feel the difference as my fingers do. I really like this yarn and I think others will too."
So not the softest but definitely wearable especially with the use of fabric conditioner. I think I'd like to have a fondle of this before I buy but as I live in a yarn desert may have to chance a purchase when a UK online shop gets it in.

I'll have to give it a miss! I can't put any sock yarn with nylon on my feet without 'screaming'. My sad!

That's a pity. I've fine with Opal & Regia so will try it when it's available over here. I find that they wear better but I still love a bit of luxury

Ohhhh, thanks for posting this up. Colour 95 the Booga bag original shade will be gorgeous. I HAVE of have a ball of this, I don't care if they're scratchy, I just want to knit them & drool!

Santa brought me a ball of Kureyon Sock in this colourway for Christmas. It's definitely not soft and luxurious yarn, I'll say that, but I'm looking forward to knitting it up. the colours. I'm trying to decide what size needles to start with, and might even do proper swatches for once, because the thickness of the single-ply yarn is really inconsistent.
