I would like to brag that I live 20 miles from her and have been lucky enough to go to a couple of readings she has had.
The High School in the book and the surrounding area is loosely based on our Hanover High School and the surrounding towna; so, the book was especially hard for us to read.
I loved My Sister's Keeper, which she wrote awhile back. If you haven't read that yet I'll bet you'd like it.
