Lovely top in Peoples FriendThis weeks issue has a lovely summer cardi in Sublime soya cotton. It reminds me of a Stefanie Japel one from her Fitted Knits book. For 78p it's definitely worth it.
Considering it's aimed at a generation older then me, it has fab kntting patterns most weeks, I just hide it under my shopping in the trolley

You know I'm getting worried cos I've bought it the last few weeks now cos the patterns are so nice but you know the other week I found I was actually reading a couple of the articles and thinking 'ooh how interesting' I haven't ordered the stretchy waist trousers yet tho
And DH has said he will divorce me if I subscribe before I'm 70
Thanks Jo - I forgot to look this week. I usually check it and WW cos theirs are good too. Often better than in the knitting mags I subscribe to!!

I don't read any of it (yet) but it's weird that the patterns are youngish looking & the model is also young, but the ads etc are definitely for pensioners I'll make a quick note of the stairlift number for the future
Don't bother with WW this week, it's a young girls flowery cardi!

I know!!! The articles I read are the travelly ones - they always have a Scottish one (being a Scottish mag) so it's not like I'm reading the stories ....... yet
