That's going to look even gorgeouser when it's blocked isn't it! Shocked Well done you!!
How much yarn did it take to complete? I keep seeing lovely things knitted up fromt his book, i may have to take the plunge and buy it Shocked

Little Berry - I actually used Heirloom Lace's Merino Yarn at www.heirloom-knitting.co.uk. I used 3.25 mm needles and only needed 50g. Their yarn is excellent for these projects as it is smooth to knit with and in so many colours.

You have to order lots or the postrage costs more than the yarn and the balls are so tiny.

Franney, the book is gorgeous! I want to knit them all!!!
gilraen

It's a lovely shawl Jo. And Kudos to you, I cannot decipher that book at all............ Smile
ChattyJo

oh thank you Gilraen. I must admit that the instructions are a bit weird. They are not always in the corect order.

I found that having already knitted Print O The Waves by Eunny really helped me decipher the edge although I ended up converting the pattern and picking up stitches on a circular all the way round for the edge as I wasn't confident of just doing 28 pattern repeats along the long edge without measuring and marking first.

She also started my shawl by describing the layout of the corner edging - how odd! You don't do those until the end Confused

Now I have to decide what to start next. Always takes me ages!

If you are going to buy it order it from The Book Depository rather than Amazon it is a bit cheaper and free postage. Have just ordered it myself so hopefully quick delivery too.
