knitting socks on 30cm circs........i've cast on 68sts and it is stretched to it's limits....How the hell are these supposed to work?
Has anyone used these tiny circs before? How did they look? and How do you do the heel if the ribbing bit works out ok? lol
Sorry for all the questions but I feel a last minute panic coming on and I need to get crack(er)ing

I couldn't do it on these Linz, sorry that's maybe no help but it's the truth

I'm beginning to think it is impossible Gilraen ...it has eased a little with a couple rows but there's no way I can work out how you would a whole sock

I tried these and couldn't use them either - I use the 30cm circ for holding the foot stitches whilst i knit the heel stitches these days. They are very useful for that

I think i'll transfer back to 2 circs then...at least I don't feel a complete failure lol

apart from achy wrists though...did it work?
I think i'm just getting slightly obsessed by the fact that I can't see how it works but people have used them....my ribbing is still on it...

It really does ease as you do more rows, I can do a normal 60 stitch sock on them, I use either one of those or 2 circs, I wouldn't be without my little 30cm circ

How do you a heel though?

I usually transfer onto a dpn whilst doing the heel flap then back onto the small circ for picking up the stitches, you do need 3 stitch markers though
