knitting groups

I was just wondering if anyone had ever been to one. I went to one a few weeks ago and i really enjoyed myself. Only trouble is it is a bit far away.

I was wondering if anyone lives in or around the Newport/Cwmbran/Pontypool area and would like to start one. We could meet every few weeks and swap tips and such.

you know i will defo be there sis, that group was a lot further for me to travel to, newport/cwmbran way would be more ideal
