When you say you want to copy them, do you mean you want to save them to your computer? You shouldn't need specific software for that, you should be able to right click and save an image as far as i know?
If that's not what you mean then my apologies, i'm a bit dim sometimes
Oh, and for a good free graphics program i use Paint Shop Pro, the old versions used to be free but since Corel took over i can't find any downloads ont he net. Let me have a quick flick through my freebie discs that came with magazines cos i know i have it there somehwere and i can send it to you I love PSP, it's very easy to use and it gives great results

That would be super, Franney. All I can do is download as bitmap or art?

Aha! There are a couple of fixes for that, i'll try and remember them!
You need to empty your temp internet files, and if you use AOL you need to reduce your graphics cache to 0 then restart your pc then set it back to whatever it was before... i think... try that and if it doesn't work we can try something else
I've found the PSP5 disc, please could you PM me your address as i don't have it any more

You might want to try clearing your browser cache and restarting it and clearing Windows temp files as well - this seems to happen every so often with saving pictures via a browser esp. IE. Here's an explanation:

I just tried right click on the dalek image here and it came up as a JPEG so hopefully the above should fix the problem

Hmmm - one thought is that IE is quite bad at managing its cache, and it tends to not actually delete all the files even when it says it has I have a javascript file I run to clear it up peridically, I got it from PC Pitstop - will have a looksee for a link but I can always send it along when I get home tonight.
Did you try the other suggestions in the KB links - the Downloaded Files folder etc? I do get this same problem sometimes and it's not all sites either, I suspect there are multiple causes. Also do you have another browser e.g. Firefox as it will prolly work in that?
ETA - this explains the cahe overflow

BUT the link to the PC Pitstop autofix is no good as they don't seem to offer it any more. Methinks they are more in the business of selling stuff these days! I have XP Home BTW and IE7 and this script has worked fine with this and all my earlier versions of IE - I can't however 100% guarantee it would work fine on any machine/config.

if that doesnt work, you will not only need to clear temp internet files but also cookies and history too, then restart comp, this has happened to me in the past too
