Ive finished knitting yay but i HATE one thing...Photo added

My nephews upsy daisy looks AWFUL like really really bad i HATE her Sad

Its something about the face I think but ive redone it twice already Sad

Im gonna be brave & put up photos for advice later but at present cant "face" her Sad

Part of me thinks it doesnt matter as its for a 3 year old & he wont care BUT the knitting perfectionist in me wants to do it right (or as good as i can) or bin it SIGH

Awww Rosie, i'm sure that it's fine, we are our own worst critics though!! I know exactly how you feel, i never think that anything i make is quite right somehow Wink

Blossom

Well it has just come on the TV and I think she looks great! Smile The only difference I can see is that Upsy Daisy has eyelids which the googly eyes don't and maybe her hair curls forward a bit more, but other than that she looks great! Max recognised her! Smile You've put so much detail into her! Have you done them all and where did you get the pattern? I'd love to knit one for Max! Smile

She looks great. I don't know what you are worrying about.

When DS was about 3 I knitted him Postman Pat, and I couldn't get his neck to hold the weight of his head so his head just fell forward but DS loved him.
