my name is Anne & I found this forum via the lovely Gilraen and I can see a few names I know around here too Wink

which is great.
I do have a blog http://artis-anne.blogspot.com/ where I prattle on about the stuff I get up to and I have made so many lovely friends through it.
I love to spin, dye my yarn,knit , I can crochet but haven't done much lately which is true of a lot of other crafts I used to do. I'm old enough to remember making loads of macrame hangers for pot plants etc and various other stuff .
I look forward to getting to know you all and finding my way around. Saying that we are away as of Friday until the 11Sept for a holiday so if I don't post you know why

Many thanks to you ALL for your warm,friendly welcome and I am sure I am going to have fun here Wink

and get to know many new folks as well as meet old freinds as well. So much going on here too , great forum I have to say .
Right I am off to do some last minute shopping today before we go away on Friday and then its my SDW Guild tomorrow and we are doing some weaving which will be fun . I have my stuff all ready for that but not a single bag packed for our hols as yet. Apart of coures from my knitting and spinning things . See where my prorities are ? Very Happy
