Hi from Harrysmum!Just introducing myself - although a few folk know me from other forums!
I'm Liz, into all sorts but mainly sewing (for speedy results) knitting (for portablitly) and various other textile based crafts.
I sew for my children and myself - and collect stash a lot quicker than I can sew!
On the knittng side I love knitting socks - almost as much as buying sock yarn  I've discovered lacy yarn too - but not progressed to knitting it yet!
I look forward to chatting more soon!

it is great to have you here, you need to post a pic of your last socks I was just about to e-maikl you to tell you how much I love them.
The sock a month is great but I have only managed one pair so far.

I've just snuck under the wire and put them in the March Sock a Month pics
Did you notive the pooling was the same on each sock at the ankle - freaky but very cool!

there is something about dyeing in quarters that will cause pooling usually around the heel but it really does look quite cool.
