I want to make Cherie Amour from Knitty but want to do it in DB Maya.
The yarn in the pattern is bulky and maya is aran weight. To get my size would I need to knit a smaller size or bigger to make the yarn work for the pattern?

Either a bigger size at normal Maya guage (around 16/18st) or a bigger needle to get the rigt guage as in the pattern - but I think the fabric might be a bit loose if you do that Confused
