Ella wrap

Well, I don't think it's going to be a KAL so I'll bring it to the lace section of the forum Smile

Slow progress but it's quite a fun knit so far, and my most ambitious. Ella from Knitty, LL Shepherd Sport, Watercolour .... only being done when I can concentrate Wink This is after the first increase section. I should get on with it.

I don't know if this is really lace. I suppose so as it's go YOs? I LOVE this colour yarn, it's PY Emily in Nosegay (what a lovely word!) and it's the Ilga Leja Diamonds on the Diagonal scarf which is a great pattern. I've made one before but I'd happily do several in different shades of Emily, lol. Nice and easy and quite fast.

Glynis

Both really lovely pieces Nanatoo. I look forward to seeing "Ella" as she progresses.

Gorgeous yarns Nanatoo Smile Ella is looking lovely, and I adore the watercolour shade Smile And I agree with you about PY Emily - delicious yarn (and yours is a very delicious colour) Smile

Thanks, nice folks Smile

Oh, those are both beautiful, and isn't the nosegay a fabulous colour.
gilraen

They are both beautiful knits. The Emily is softer in my opinion, but the Watercolour is the colour I prefer. Dee has some lovely names for her colours. Smile

I love that pattern for the diagonal scarf. Where did you get it from???

Thanks everyone again.

I got the pattern from Jannette because they had sold out at Woolly Workshop. And now I can't find it on Jannette's site either Sad
