Diagonale shawl.I am having a go at this now....lace has enticed me once again.
The free pattern can be found in PDF form here
http://arlenes-lace.de/images/kunde/anleitungen/Diagonale-english.PDF
I am finding it surprisingly easy. It's a 41 row pattern repeat with 86 stitches, 20 of which are repeated across the row.
I am doing it on 4.5mm bamboo circ in Jaeger Matchmaker 4 ply. The pattern does suggest lace weight but as i haven't got any I thought I would try the pattern out before I invest in some. I am determined to do another though as I am really enjoying this.
Here it is with one and a half repeats, only seven and a half to go....
