Damien RiceBF and I went up to London last night to see him in concert at the Hammersmith Apollo.
He was truly brilliant, it was already cold in the venue and what with his beautiful voice I had goose-pimples the whole time!
It wasn't what I had expected, he is classed as a folk singer but quite a lot of it was quite rocky and even some jazz funk guitar in there.
The only slightly disappointing thing was the girl that usually sings with him, Lisa Hannigan, wasn't there with him and so he didn't sing my favourite song - 9 Crimes.
Anyone else like him?
