Chunky wrap (pattern)Pattern
I should imagine it works up quickly on a 10.5mm hook and looks toasty warm, lovely for a cool evening, you can throw it over your knees or round your shoulders
All you have to do now is find a 10.5mm hook and you're laughing
(american size K and i can't find a UK stockist after a quick Google )

Probably would get away with a 10mm tbh - bit like crocheting with a marker pen - but it'll whizz up quickly!

I've used a big hook before, it's great fun
Carolinne, yes, i think i might. I'm going to have a rummage and see what colours i have, i will probably use two or three strands of DK together to get it super chunky

That's a good idea Franney - using several strands together. I did something similar with curly scarves a couple of Christmases ago - three strands, a 15mm hook and I knocked each scarf up in less than an hour.
Hmm - I might have a look at what I've got in the old stash boxes - that would be some mighty quick throws.

Wouldn't it just
I really like the patterning in it too, i'm going to go with a shawl/stole for mine. It's going to be next crochet project on the hook after the jacket is finshed
