Chameleon Colorworks Evolution Sock YarnOh my goodness Well I thought this looked and felt nice in the skein but it is totally stunning to knit with  It's merino but sort of stretched in some way so that it is as fine as cashmere I think but it feels like silk and cashmere - soooo soft and the colours are AMAZING!!!! I got mine from Socktopus and you get little goodies in your package. So if you ever think you deserve a little treat I can recommend this   You can see it here
Totally impractical and very decadent it's so soft but you know you're worth it
And you can blame gilraen cos I first saw it on one of her yarn pron days!!! |

I've got two skeins of this that was a present from Alice at Socktopus. I haven't used it yet but that's probably because it keeps getting 'fondled'

I'm a UK 6 shoe and I did 4" but had some yarn left over, I think I would have got 5" no problem. | ||

I made a pair of socks for my size 8 plates 'o' meat and had plenty of yarn!
It's lovely stuff and got mine from Alice too - didn't get any goodies in my parel tho'

No I've had several parcels from Alice and never any of the extra goodies people talk about.

I had a stitchmarker at Ally Pally but not at the I knit day  .
Mind you, I've yet to have a lolly from GK

They were given out at the very beginning. Gill I got 2 and would be happy to send you one if you want? I got no extras in my last parcel but I know I got a Rococo chocolate bar in another. Yummmy, but moreish!!! | ||

Oh I don't know what to say then, because my first 2 parcels were both tied with ribbons and had a stitchmarker tied into the bow!
Alice is now selling 5 of them for £10. |
