Brave froggingI was very brave the other day as I decided to frog OH's blanket
Yes thats right one of the foxy ones!!!
I knitted it up wrong (wel differently) and wasn't happy with the end result so I took the plunge and frogged it (all 30 balls of the darling)
I have now reknitted it again and have nearly finished it for the second time.

Still if you weren't happy with it you did the right thing. It would have niggled away when you looked at it, I like to get things just right where I can

It was truely horrid to frog - really knotty but as Lilly said it would have niggled away at me if I hadn't undone it.
Im much happier with it now (though its not quite finished)

You are a far braver woman than me, I would have chucked it aside and pretended it didn't exist

You really are a sucker for punishment you know Mind you, there's nothing worse than not being happy with your finished article, what ever the mistake, it always jumps up and down and waves at you!
Brave frogging indeed.

Goodness, what can have been so wrong with it that you needed to frog? Surely you can't see any stitch definition so it can't have been that?
Glad you've almost finished it again though {{hugs}}

lol Franney your right there is no stitch definition but it was just the wrong shape!!
It was too long and skinny and not square
I've really gone off this blanket as I have now run out of yarn with 80 stitches to go ..... no idea how that works but I have had to order another few balls

great blanket, I bought one very similar for my daughter, cost quite a bit. I would never have thought to make one so I am really impressed

I love these blankets, Binty, and really admire you for knitting them. I personally can't even knit a scarf with eyelash yarn They look fab.
I saw a similar looking blanket in John Lewis about 5 years ago and that cost about £99 I dread to think how much it would cost now!
