Bookmooch?I've used Bookmooch for a while and it has worked very well for me. It's a free system to change books and works with points. You get points when you add books to your inventory or send a book to someone. Likewise, you lose points when you ask for a book from someone's inventory. More if the book is abroad and less from the same country.
It has worked very well for me. I have sent nine books and recieved several. Everyone I've dealt with has been honest and told the book condition truthfully. But now I have more points than I use. I think it would be great way to swap knitting books, so I decided to mention this on the forum. And if any of you use it, I'd like to add more friends to my profile

Sounds like a great idea Hanne - I've never heard of it before. Unfortunately, I dont have that many knitting books so want to keep hold of the ones I have got but I shall be having a look later as it might be a good idea for fiction books. Thanks!

That looks like an interesting site. I've just had a look and a lot of the books seem to ber in the USA but I guess thats good cos you get more points sending and receiving from abroad.
I might give it a go but I have too many books to want to receive any at the moment.
