That is wonderful but toe up?? Could I do it cuffless and down and graft two ends together?? Off to think about it, it would be worth the effort alright

I don't see why you couldn't cuff(less) down both ends and then graft in the middle. | ||

I think you could do it cuff down. would need a provisional cast on so you could graft together at the end I think
