BlockingI have made a larger sized forest canopy shawl and need to block it out, just I don't have anywhere to drape it to dry, I do have a large table bit worry about the kids getting stuck on the pins or the cat sitting on it.
Have seen some mention of blocking pins, how do they work and are they easy to use?
TIA

I've blocked my last two items on our bed. I've covered the bed in towels and pinned out in the morning. Hey presto, its done and dry by bed-time. Would that work for you?

Could give it a try, and hope that the cat doesn't take residence on the bed. Will try and get it blocked tomorrow, it's been finished for months.

Early Learning Centre sell great foam boards that you put together like a puzzle, great for blocking on so I have heard!

I am also going to finally order some blocking wires from Heirloom Knitting, having seen a few photos of MS3s blocking with them this week!
