Bit of a failure!After managing to do my January socks, and winning the prize in February, my sock knitting has been a total failure since. I have started a pair, with the gorgeous yarn I won in February, but so far have only one sock and about two inches of the second.
I've just got too much other stuff to do at the moment and, as it's getting warmer and I won't be wearing woolly socks so much, they've been put to the bottom of the pile.
Think I'll have to get started on them again for next month as don't think there's any chance I'll finish them for May

I'm with you there. I finished two pairs that I had previously started and haven't knit a sock since. I guess I lack proper motivation...or is it time?

I wouldn't worry about it - I've not finished ANY this year  They do eat into knitting time for big things so much.

Dont worry Sandra, I've only just finished my first pair that were cast on 1 January  Like Ali said, I dont think we realise how much time they can take up because they seem so small.
