|
|
From 14 to 27 September 2007, my friend Charlotte will be undertaking an arduous sponsored trek in Peru to raise money for the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity and in memory of her dearest friend, Georgie, who passed away last year. I am holding these auctions to help Charlotte reach her target of £8,000 before she sets off – and every penny of the auction total will go to the charity as Charlotte has already covered the cost of the trek herself. For more details, visit Charlotte's blog at http://sendingtheprincessofpurpletoperu.blogspot.com/

I couldn't see the piccies either PL - or on the other threads for the auctions
Strange....
But yes - the Knitpicks options are absolutely brand new and they have whizzed over from the States courtesy of Murdo I've opened the packet to have a quick peek, but they are exactly as Murdo received them.
I will ensure that the parcel has adequate postage insurance and is well wrapped, seeing as how the bidding is already quite high! _________________ Melody's blog

I think the reason that people cant see the pics is because we are having problems with our local service provider (Kingston, only available in our area) and the photos are saved on MrP's site which is on the Kingston server. This is why one minute you can see them and the next you cant, as the site is playing up intermittently.
I have loaded the pics on to flickr for people to view and hope this helps:

Sorry about this but it is something out of my control, and thank you to the people who have placed bids unseen
Current Bid: £40 with Terri _________________

Hello,
Finally I get round to signing up so that I can bid! I really shouldn't be doing this (my boiler is leaking and I can't afford to get it fixed) but I'll bid £50.00 for the Knit Picks Options!!!
