Brilliant day as usual. In the morning we made fabric bowls using 2 circles of fabric, we had to sew 6 darts on both circles then we placed the fabric right sides together and hand sewed them together Very Happy

That done we very carefully made a wee hole in the 'inner' bowl fabric and turned the fabrics outside in Very Happy

Finally we cut a circle of hard cardboard and covered it with matching fabric held in place with a running stitch pulled tight Very Happy

The finished bowl Very Happy

After a very tasty lunch we were allowed to rummage through the remnants of yesterdays jumble sale with the view to cut anything we liked into strips. Then using hessian we were shown how to do rag rug rolling Very Happy

I decided to use the yarn oddments that I had taken with me Very Happy
