I used to be veggie (Sorry the bacon sarni's won) and Mum used to make this wonderful spinach and red pepper puff pastry thing - It looked so Christmassy sitting there all red and green!!!!! - Don't suppose she still has the recipe, but could probably tell you what's in it...... (I still think it's way better than Turkey will ever be tbh!!) _________________ Claire

I'm getting something from Tescos ready made again this year cos it was SO nice last year - I like having a hassle free Christmas meal but it would be easy to make I reckon. It's their Finest Mushroom, Leek and Gruyere Filo Parcels and they are GORGEOUS _________________ Ali xxx |

I like my mum's nut toast. It has cheese in the middle and is served with Ikea's meatball sauce and lingonberry jam. Yum. _________________ "I can resist everything except temptation" - Oscar Wilde.
