Ok Terri, Two pairs? I've only done one sock of my august pair I struck a deal with myself that I'd knit the front of my cardi then the other sock. When I'd finished the left front and cast on the right one I realised I'd done the pattern different from on the back. No probs, frogged them both and re-knit it (entirely) yesterday on my trip out only to find that I'd not made the pattern long enough only 4" instead of 5 1/2. Frogged it again Cast back on and am nearly up to the armhole shaping but the end of the month looms very close and no second sock!! Aaaargghh
Your colourway's lovely right up my street. What is the yarn? _________________

It was a german yarn that I got from debs last year in a charity auction! A lot like opal or regia, and machine washable too _________________ Terri xx |
