I've started these in an attempt to have my pile of socks ready in time for Christmas presents santa

I will not put myself in the same situation I was in for the first week of December last year when I needed at least 5 pairs in 23 days...my own fault for asking if there was anything special my family wanted for Christmas. Note to self....shut up!

The pattern is Sailor's Delight from 2-at-a-time Socks knitted with Sock It To Me Colori in shade 33.

LOL - I wondered what on earth this was going to be! I've spent most of my life in a naval town and by the sea and the term Sailor's Delight has rather different connotations .... Rolling Eyes

But hurrah, it's socks! Phew. And a mighty fine sock that is too, beautiful colours Very Happy
