Well i dont seem to have knitted much this year apart from socks
but i still LOVE this cardy i did for me
Its not a good photo & the poor thing is looking worse for wear now as i wear it almost every day BUT it was a ZIP one & i am still proud of it
My fave socks this year has to be my jaywalkers knitted for a great friend who LOVES them - as she knits she knows the work gone into them for her !!
Next year i vow to make some cardys for me - i have yarn for at least 3 if not more

Oh they are both great choices! I can see why the cardi has become such a favourite, it fits beautifully and its a very understated, easy-to-wear colour. I'm in awe of anyone who can put full length zippers in their knitwear!
The Jaywalkers are glorious aren't they? What a beautiful colour!
I made a couple of pairs in a very similar pattern to the Jaywalker and I love the way the fabric is really firm and warm to wear, so no wonder your friend loves hers too. _________________
