I've just finished the first of my July socks, Knitted Slouch style in Emily yarn. The colourway is Blarney.
There is a closeup pic on my blog.

That looks like a lovely sock and I love the colour. I haven't tried PY Emily but it does look very tempting. _________________ Hawkesley

The Emily sock is like having your feet kissed while wearing it.
The slouch pattern is only bands of 2 rows of Purl every 10-12 rows with a K2Tog/YO row in the middle. It makes the leg more 'robust' yet slouchy, if that make sense I had started with 64 stitches thinking I would do the Monkeys with the picot edging but changed my mind, so I decreased by 4 stitches on 2 rows before the heel to tighten it all up again. Emily is much 'bigger' than Lucia etc.
