What might you ask is so special about this phalaenopsis? Well, it is the first time EVER I have managed to coax one to reflower the following year and I am chuffed to little bits with it Very Happy It was a Silver Wedding present last year.

No Linz, I can kill a flowering plant with a look from 30 paces! Green plants I'm fine with, like Ivies and spider plants, but not flowering ones.

I onced killed off a 6 foot tall willow fig tree....and to this day I do not know I ended up with a stick....I looked after it, fed it, watered it and everything.

I'm currently trying to grow some pumpkins....but i'm not holding my breath lol

It's beautiful! Well done!

I often look at the orchids at the nursery wondering if I dare buy one but with my track record with any kind of indoor plant - even cacti - it would be dead within a week.

They are pretty tough really - I've got a few and I do neglect them quite badly Rolling Eyes
