|
|
Here's a progress photo of my Pomatomus socks. I've had a few problems whilst knitting them. The first was when my Brittany Birch dpns snapped in half and I didn't have anymore 2.75mm dpns to use so had to order more. I then had a problem with one row of the toe shaping. I messed up but hopefully it's not too noticeable.
I'm itching to get these finished so I can start some more socks. There are so many fab socks being knitted and lots of patterns I want to try....

I failed miserably when I tried Pomatomus last year but I really must have another go at it sometime. Yours are lovely! _________________

Hi Blossom & FatCat, I bought the yarn from The Yarn Yard and the colour is called Spring Breeze. _________________ Hawkesley

Hi CJ, Apart from the one line of toe shaping that I couldn't understand the rest of the pattern is relatively easy. I'm just a slow knitter so all those knitting tbl takes me ages. _________________ Hawkesley

Hawkesley they are lovely! Gorgeous yarn (how did I miss that?!) and love the pattern. These are on my to do list, but I'm gonna do the Sweet Georgia smaller version (not as long on the cuff) _________________
