I did the first of these in January and gave in completely to SSS Found it in my knitting bag the other day and decided I couldn't live with taking more than a year to make a pair of socks! Pair now complete
They're the Heartstrings Country Girl Sock pattern, lots of charts hence the delay , and the yarn is Sunbeam St Ives sock yarn shade 3098, Heathland.

They are just stunning Well worth finishing. I have fancied that pattern for ages FC but if it's taken you a year to make them I think they're a bit beyond me _________________ Ali xxx |

Thank you!
Pictish, it's actually a really straightforward pattern, I just got distracted into other projects. Each sock only took me a few days, honest! I'd say you should give it a try _________________

That's a gorgeous pair of socks you've knitted.... well worth finishing the second sock for, as the pattern looks very pretty. _________________ Hawkesley
