Crochet Week will soon be upon us. Please post here to show how you are participating. Are you going to learn to crochet, teach someone to crochet, pick up a hook after a long respite (I think it must be 30 years since I last wielded a hook in earnest) or maybe crochet for charity?

I can't find an official Crochet Week link, so if you come across one please post that too.

Haven't decided exactly what I'm going to do, but I have the Happy Hooker all ready for action! I can crochet a little, so might attempt to actually make "something"

All being well, I intend to work exclusively on my sampler blanket. I've been so taken with knitting socks lately, I've neglected the old crochet.

Oooh, nice necklace!

I shall either carry on with my granny scrap blanket, or make a small shawl/scarf I've got my eye on.

Mine's just a big granny square that I keep going round and round on! Takes away the pain of crocheting all the squares together!!! I had a whole bag of cotton glace in pinks and purples, but not enough to make anything with (iyswim). I started it last summer, but haven't really put any effort into it - 'bout time I did, it's supposed to be a picnic blanket to leave at the caravan when it opens in two weeks time!!
