.....Woollywarbler started a stole using some gorgeous cobweb weight lace yarn created by the good fairy N at the Yarn Yard. Woollywarbler added lots of silvery little beads for a glistening water effect which complimented the delightful shades of blue and once she's knitted 34 repeats, thought she'd be really clever and add a sweet little edge. That's where the Wicked Witch of Miscounted Stitches flew in and cursed the gorgeous stole, making sure that Woollywarbler (who didn't do an awful lot of lace but was very willing to try) was totally flumuxed. She tried to hide the stole in a dark place, but it didn't help as the great land of Ravelry kept popping up and reminding her that the stole didn't intend to remain fast asleep for 100 years. So this afternoon, Woollywarbler decided to be very brave and tackle her demons. With much kissing of frogs (or was that just frogging) she was able to smile again. Woollywarbler had awoken her WIP

Woollywarbler has more details on her Ravelry page here http://www.ravelry.com/projects/Woollywarbler/print-o-the-wave-stole if you would like to see more.
Both she and her stole lived happily ever after
Tracy

Oh my! Tracy, that is absolutely gorgeous!
(How brave of you to drape it over a rose bush for the photo! I'd have probably snagged it beyond salvage if that had been me trying it) _________________
